Questions

Can I process a resource without a key?

Yes, when the shared cache already contains grants for its resource ID. Submitting a CFX key saves all grants returned by Keymaster for reuse by every site user. Grant values stay on the server.

What can I upload?

Upload a resource .zip up to 250 MB, including its .fxap manifest. Paste one CFX key (cfxk_…) or upload a .txt file containing grants and grants_clk JSON maps. Fixer-only jobs use already-decrypted resources and need no key.

How long do you keep my files?

We delete both your upload and the result 4 hours after the job finishes. Download the result before then.

What happens if a job fails?

You get a clear reason on the job, for example that your keys didn't match. If you paid with credits, they go back to your balance automatically.

Why is my job queued?

Each account runs 1 job at a time, and our workers run a limited number of jobs at once. Queued jobs start in the order they were uploaded.

Can I use it from my own scripts?

Yes. Create an API key in the dashboard and use the same upload and jobs endpoints the dashboard uses.
